I am a specialist in advising unmarried couples.  I am a partner and founder of Roskilly & Co, a law firm which provides niche specialist advice to unmarried couples who may need a Cohabitation Agreement, may need advice on separation and/or advice in respect of a claim for a beneficial interest.  We also advise co-owners of property.

We specialise in providing advice in respect of claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (“ToLATA”) and claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.

We also provide advice to cohabitees post the death of a partner, for instance, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
