I provide advice and assistance on a range of family law matters including divorce and financial remedy claims, private children matters and disputes between cohabitees.

I have extensive experience dealing with international family law matters including child relocation and jurisdiction disputes.

I also have expertise in cases with allegations of domestic abuse and issues relating to paternity and paternity fraud.

I am a solicitor advocate with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) and regularly represent client’s at court.

I write ‘Emma’s Family Law Blog‘ to encourage debate within the profession on important issues. I also write for and comment in the media and have appeared on Sky News and BBC Radio 4.
