Emma is experienced in dealing with complex financial matters for married and unmarried couples and is an Accredited Mediator.
Emma has been a specialist family and divorce lawyer since 1998, a collaborative lawyer since 2004, and a mediator since 2012.
Previously a partner at central London firms Cumberland Ellis (now Wedlake Bell) and Kingsley Napley LLP, Emma set up her own firm in 2009 to focus on finding constructive ways of helping separating couples without going to court. This expanded into a family law and mediation practice in 2012.
Emma works as a mediator and a co-mediator with couples and families so they can make informed and considered decisions about the future, even when circumstances are challenging.
