- Emma’s experience in family law originated in London where she worked primarily on high-net-worth financial matters and arrangements for children. Emma now works with clients in Cambridge and London as well as further afield. Emma is also experienced in advising clients internationally or where there is an international element.
- Emma supports clients with all aspects of relationships, whether this is at the start of a relationship where clients may be thinking about cohabitation agreements, declarations of trust or pre-nuptial agreements, or at the end of a relationship where she advises clients in relation to separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships or same-sex marriages, and the related arrangements for their finances and any children.
- Emma’s passion for out of court resolution led Emma to qualify as a mediator in 2021.
- Emma’s aim for all her clients is for them to be able to move forward in a positive manner, whether this be as an individual entering a new chapter of their lives, or as a family working together to build a positive co-parenting relationship for the benefit of their children after separation.
