Having worked as a solicitor for over 20 years and a collaborative lawyer for over 15 years I am very clear that finding the right solicitor and the right process will make a difficult situation much easier to deal with. I think that alternative methods of dispute resolution give my client’s much more control and privacy and I enjoy advising, representing  and supporting my clients through, mediation, arbitration and the collaborative law process.

I work as part of a wider team for my clients, using accountants, barristers and family consultants as and when needed.
