I am an experienced Family Solicitor at Sinclair Law practising in all areas of family law. I specialise in divorce and financial settlements often involving substantial assets and complex issues including pensions and businesses. I advise on pre and post marriage agreements, cohabitee disputes and advise parents regarding the arrangements for their children.
I am a Resolution Accredited Specialist in financial matters – both high net worth cases and medium/lower value matters, a member of Resolution and the Family Law Panel and a trained Collaborative Lawyer.
My aim is to find the best possible solution for my client and their family, amicably and cost effectively. Every client has a unique set of circumstances.
