Since qualifying in 1998 I have worked almost exclusively in Family Law and have extensive experience of divorce, financial matters arising from divorce or separation and children issues surrounding contact and residence.  My experience enables me to look at and advise on the wider aspects of each case and with the ability to tailor my approach I am confident that I can find the best possible outcome for each client.  I specialise in Armed Forces cases and have considerable experience covering financial settlements involving Armed Forces Pensions.  At Biscoes we offer a discounted rate for current and former members of the Forces.
