I have been providing specialist advice on pensions and financial planning in Divorce to a large number of clients, having trained in Collaborative Law, as a Resolution Accredited IFA, for over 24 years.

I have been an independent financial adviser for over 35 years and am qualified as a Chartered financial Planner, as well as a Resolution Accredited IFA, a regulated Pension Transfer Specialist and an affiliated member of STEP.

I work closely with clients and their professional advisers to assist in separating finances, advising on and implementing pension sharing orders where required under a Court Order. I also undertake some pension equalisation reports and can assist in the appointment of an actuary where required.

I can be appointed on a joint or single basis by clients and/or their solicitors. I can assist in reviewing and interpreting actuary reports and can advise clients separately, after agreement or court order, tailored to their needs on pension and investment matters, initially creating a financial strategy following the change in their circumstances in what can be a complex financial world. I will also provide an annual ongoing review service to ensure this remains appropriate and many clients are long standing over many years post divorce.
