Hannah Kelly

Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2004.  She has specialised in the field of family law throughout her career.  She has been a member of Resolution for many years and adopts the Resolution Code of Practice when dealing with family disputes.  She is also a member of the Law Society Family Accreditation Scheme.   

Hannah deals with all aspects of family law including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, divorce and financial settlements, dissolution of civil partnerships, separation and advice for unmarried couples.  She regularly deals with high value cases, including cases with an international element and business assets. 

She also has significant experience in dealing with cases involving children, including living/contact arrangements, parental responsibility, special guardianship, grandparents’ rights, financial claims for children and applications for the removal of a child from the country. 

Hannah strongly believes in the benefits of collaborative practice to assist couples in finding the right solutions for themselves to help to minimise the impact of family breakdown.
