Helen Pittard

Having gained over 25 years specialising in Family law whilst managing a legal practice offering a variety of legal services Helen has taken the knowledge and experience she has acquired through this role to create a niche boutique Law Firm catering for Family law disputes so as to provide a holistic and more nurtured approach to managing family separation with greater focus on the children. Helen is supported with a great team to include family lawyers, mediators and therapists to meet the ever changing needs of families going through difficult times all under one roof.

The objective of HLP Legal is to provide specialist Family Law advice whilst securing a less acrimonious approach and managing costs.

HLP Legal trades under 2 umbrella’s , 174 Family Law so as to continue the brand of her former company and the excellent reputation grown over many years and Family Mediation Solutions so as to distinguish between the two types of dispute resolution services offered and the preferences of the individual.

Helen thrives on a collaborative approach to ensure all aspects of family transition are managed with the likes of  Voices in the Middle and The Family Initiative Charity which Helen proudly supports and is a Trustee being a great support for Children suffering from Parental conflict during family separation and for Families as a whole. Through the charity she is also an active member of the Positive Parenting Alliance.
