James Davies

I have specialised in family law since qualification in 2002.  I commonly act for wealthy individuals from all walks of life including owner-managed businesses, company directors, senior executives, and members of the professions including medics.  I am accredited by Resolution as a specialist in high value complex divorce cases and in cohabitation cases.  I am one of only two people in Oxford who hold the former accreditation, the other being a colleague at my firm, and I am the only accredited specialist in cohabitation in the whole of Oxford.  These areas represent the vast majority of the cases I deal with, although I also act in cases of disputes regarding arrangements for children.
