Jane Ingleby

I am a partner in Mills & Reeves with over 25 years of experience and I am head of the family team in Leeds.

I have a wealth of experience in advising clients on all issues arising throughout their relationship and have particular experience in complex finance matters involving businesses, trust structures and tax considerations, often with an international element.

I have extensive experience in complex children matters often concerning vulnerable individuals and serious welfare concerns including domestic abuse, coercive controlling behaviour, high conflict disputes, alienating behaviours and international and domestic relocation.

I am a committed member of Resolution and an Accredited specialist. I am also a qualified Arbitrator.
