Experienced Chartered Accountant, who is collaboratively trained, offers business valuation and taxation advice to individuals and divorcing couples in all forms of dispute resolution from informal settlement to single joint expert reports for court. My aim is to help couples properly understand the value of business assets and the income that may be generated by them, alongside any tax consequences that may spring from drawing income from a business or transferring or selling an asset. I am happy to to be involved in mediation meetings and in collaborative 5-way meetings to help couples achieve mutually beneficial settlements and to avoid paying more tax than necessary.
