For over 30 years, I have dealt with the consequences of the breakdown of relationships, helping clients resolve issues such as the division of assets, (be it property or businesses) the adjustment of pension provision, and the sharing of income.  I have experience of various different processes, and can advise clients on which option, eg mediation, collaborative, or the traditional route, is the most appropriate for them and I can then help them along that road.  I am as much at home in the mediation room as in the court room, but will always provide an objective and sensible approach.  Many of my clients return when another relationship breaks down, or they are entering into a new one and seek advice on a pre-nuptial arrangement.  Virtually all of my clients come to me on personal recommendation.

I am an Accredited Mediator,  trained in Child Inclusive Mediation and a Professional Practice consultant, qualified to supervise other mediators.
