Kate Stovold

Kate is a Partner at The International Family Law Group LLP (iFLG), having joined the firm in September 2025 following eight years at another boutique family law practice (and four years as a Partner). Kate is a specialist financial remedies practitioner, and advises on complex cases, whether on divorce or separation, often for high and ultra-high net worth clients, and is committed to curating bespoke solutions that best reflect the client’s individual circumstances and their personal objectives. Kate is also highly experienced in the negotiation and drafting of nuptial agreements. Complementing her specialist knowledge of financial litigation, Kate also advises parents in relation to disputes about the care of and financial provision for their children.

As an integral part of her practice, Kate actively considers alternative forms of non-court dispute resolution and will make every effort to settle cases where appropriate.

Kate is also a Resolution-trained Mediator.
