Kate Pooler

Kate is an Associate Solicitor at Edwards Family Law, a specialist family law firm.

Kate advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, and private law children matters.

Prior to undertaking family law cases Kate practised as a Private Client solicitor, advising on international trusts, tax and estate planning. Kate therefore brings an in-depth understanding of trusts and other asset-holding structures to her matrimonial finances work. She is very comfortable analysing foreign and domestic trust and business interests from an ownership perspective and works confidently with trustees. Much of Kate’s work is international.

Kate can additionally advise on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and associated trust-related matters such as the protection of existing family dynastic trusts and establishing a trust in a marital agreement.
