I am a Solicitor in the Family team working from the Truro office. I advise clients on a wide range of matters including:

• Divorce and related financial matters including those involving pensions and businesses
• Financial provision for children of unmarried couples to include maintenance, capital provision and placing property in trust
• Wealth protection (pre and post-nuptial agreements)

I am member of Resolution which promotes resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way. I am sensitive to the needs and views of clients whilst ensuring matters are dealt with skillfully and cost effectively.
