I help separating couples to find a resolution that is tailor made to them – and their children. I worked as a family lawyer for 11 years before qualifying as a mediator.  This was honestly a life changing experience.  As a lawyer I felt I helped people put out fires, whereas as a mediator I could teach them to avoid starting the fires in the first place.  In 2013 I made the leap to being a full time family mediator and set up my own practice.  I have not looked back.  My mission is to do as much training as I can to have the biggest toolbox possible of potential resources I can use to help separating couples to find their resolution and to minimise the effects of their separation on their children.  I’m also a Child Inclusive Mediator, PPC and Trainer.  I do training under my own LKW Family Mediation banner and sometimes for other organisations.  Please get in touch if you have a specific training need you’d like to discuss.
