Lucinda McWatt

I am a Divorce and Family Solicitor at Pearson Solicitors in Oldham with over 10 years of experience in family law.

With extensive experience in dealing with private children law matters such as contact and residence disputes and financial matters arising from divorce and a wide variety of matters which can often be complex.

As a member of Resolution, I adhere to the Resolution Code of Practice. I am also an accredited Resolution specialist in Complex Financial Provision on Divorce/Dissolution of Civil Partnerships and Children Law.

My clients would describe me as understanding and supportive through the whole divorce process who prides herself on her frank and realistic advice.

Originally from Saddleworth, I studied law at Lancaster University qualifying in 2011 with a 2:1 degree. Since graduating I’ve focused purely on family law, and I moved from North Ainley Solicitors in 2017 to Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers to be part of a larger team in the Family department.

I still live and work in Saddleworth with my husband and three children and in my spare time enjoy walking our dog and running.
