Lucy Birch

I am the ex-Chair of Essex Yresolution and am committed to our Code of Practice and taking a constructive approach to family law matters.

I studied Law at the University of Essex, graduating in 2011. I undertook the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bloomsbury in 2012, achieving a distinction. I qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and have practised exclusively in family law since.

I am a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500, I advise clients on divorce and separation with a focus on complex private children disputes. Empathetic and down to earth, I am credited for my attention to detail and strategic thinking.
