Lucy’s practice is primarily focused on divorce, matrimonial finance and private law children matters. She also advises in relation to pre and postnuptial agreements and separation agreements.
Experience
Lucy advises a broad range of clients including high earners, business owners and professionals in the financial and legal sectors. Her clients often have a diverse and complicated matrimonial/non-matrimonial asset base.
She is frequently instructed on high value financial cases, with property portfolios, business assets and pension provision, all of which add to the level of complexity and experience required. Valuation and taxation issues regularly arise and she has experience instructing experts as well as making other interim applications. Several of her cases also involve an international element, with clients holding assets across Europe and the US.
Lucy is building a strong practice advising clients in relation to difficult matters concerning children, including contact arrangements and specific issues, such as schooling and relocation.
