Ms Lopez will be able to assist you whether you simply require some initial advice to discuss your concerns and how they might be best addressed, or where the urgent intervention of the court may be required.

We would suggest to arrange an initial interview. The way we do that at Court Support and Legal Services is to offer the first hour at a fixed fee of £150 included VAT appointments Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or of £180 included VAT appointments outside our office hours Mon-Fri 5pm-9pm and weekends. This will enable Ms Lopez to discuss the issues with you in some detail and ensuring she has a detailed understanding of the case before any commitment is required.
