I provide tailored, one-on-one support to people navigating their way through a significant life transition. Relationship breakdown and divorce leads to emotional turmoil together with lost confidence, feelings of overwhelm, a lost identity, and an unclear view of the future.

I support people through their transition; to help them understand how they can regain control of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and help them to switch the lights back on to their future.

I am an Executive Coach with a PhD in neuroscience and a fascination of how emotions arise within us and how, through conscious awareness, we can choose to respond rather than react. Perhaps more importantly, I have been through a divorce, and understand the emotional overwhelm that even the most rational among us can feel.

Coaching is a transformational process and I encourage any person going through or recently been through a relationship breakdown to find a coach they can partner with for self-discovery and transformational change.
