Michelle Bowyer

Michelle has practiced Family law since 1996, working for a large Partnership in Portsmouth before moving to a Gloucestershire partnership in 2004.  She has worked for Bevirs Law since 2013.  She has been a Resolution accredited specialist since 2010, in advanced financial provision and private children law.

Michelle is based in the Regent Circus office of Bevirs Law.  She is passionate about dispute resolution and strives to resolve rather than inflame disputes.

Michelle advises on all family law issues including divorce, financial provision upon divorce, prenuptial’s and cohabitation/separation agreements as well as in relation to child arrangement orders for both parents and extended family members.

Bevirs Law offer a fixed fee initial appointment at which initial advice can be offered, as well as steps the client can take to minimise costs.
