Having worked as an international commercial lawyer for many years, I decided to side step into mediation. Pathfinder Mediation welcomes all types of mediation advising on and settling disputes including Workplace/employment and civil/commercial, but with a greater focus on family issues ( including divorce, separation, wider relational concerns and inheritance).
We practise a mixture of facilitative and evaluative mediation and prefer to co-mediate  ( male/female) at no extra cost in every session which our clients value and find beneficial.
