Good Divorce week takes place from 30 November to 4th December 2020. During this time, I will be offering 30-minute sessions of free advice to those families who need it. It is very difficult when couples make the decision to separate and often, they do not know how to start the process or who to turn to for sound advice. Good Divorce week aims to promote a constructive approach to this emotionally charged matter and above all to minimise the significant impact on children. This is an opportunity for couples to fully understand their rights and the options available to make the separation as smooth and harmonious as possible. Many families have little access to professional advice when it comes to divorce and the free advice that I am offering will give couples the confidence and knowledge to make the best decisions for themselves and their family. I am a marriage and family counsellor trained specifically to handle the psychological aspects of the divorce process. I do not give legal advice per se, but having trained as a family law mediator, I have a sound knowledge of the divorce process. I concentrate on the areas of separation, divorce, and life beyond divorce. Divorce Coaching empowers you before, during and after your divorce to make sound decisions, set and achieve goals and deal with the major life transition. During the coaching process you will be helped to clearly identify your goals and develop practical strategies to reach them. Divorce coaching/ counselling will help with the emotional aspects of your separation and divorce helping you to regain self-confidence enabling you to deal with your divorce issues in a calm and clear manner.
