I have been providing specialist advice on pensions and financial planning in Divorce to many clients, having trained in Collaborative Law, as a Resolution Accredited IFA, for over 23 years. 

I have been an independent financial adviser for over 37 years and am qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner, as well as a Resolution Accredited IFA, a regulated Pension Transfer Specialist and an affiliated member of STEP. 

I work closely with clients and their professional advisers to assist in separating finances, advising on, and implementing pension sharing orders under a Court Order. I also undertake pension equalisation reports and can assist in the appointment of an actuary where required. 

I can be appointed on a joint or single basis by clients and/or their solicitors. I can assist in reviewing and interpreting actuary reports and can advise clients separately, after agreement or court order, tailored to their needs on pension and investment matters. Initially creating a financial strategy following the change in their circumstances in what can be a complex financial world. I will also provide an annual ongoing review service to ensure this remains appropriate.
