I qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and have specialized in divorce, the financial issues arising from that and disputes in relation to children ever since. Whilst I have considerable experience in dealing with Court proceedings my approach is to promote settlement at an early stage. This tends to be rather more cost-effective for clients! My experience in these areas is recognized in that I am accredited by Resolution and have the Law Society Advanced Panel status.
I am also a mediator and have been accredited by the Law Society in that as well as having trained as collaborative lawyer.
