I am a Partner, Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer. I offer specialist legal advise to national and international clients with all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, the resolution of complex financial matters after separation for married and un-married couples, resolving arrangements for children (including applications to remove children from the jurisdiction) and disputes concerning child maintenance. I have a particular specialism in assisting clients with the preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements as part of their wealth preservation planning. I also represent families where allegations of domestic abuse have been made to include controlling and coercive behaviours.

I offer mediation to couples who need a safe space to resolve and agree financial issues arising from divorce and separation, arrangements for children and agreeing the terms of a prenuptial or postnuptial agreement.
