Rachel Ward

Rachel is a Partner at Ward Hadaway with extensive experience in divorce and children cases, having practised previously at an internationally renowned Manchester law firm, she is used to dealing with all aspects of family law cases no matter how big or small.

Extremely motivated and and passionate about helping people through the difficulties posed by the breakdown of a relationship, Rachel is always on hand to guide her clients through the minefield of problems that arise through divorce or a breakdown in a relationship.

Rachel is used to managing highly emotive situations, whilst obtaining practical and realistic outcomes, helping clients to achieve fair divorce settlements in a cost effective manner. Rachel deals with the resolution of financial issues on the breakdown of relationships and advising clients about children matters. Rachel has experience in dealing with complex issues relating to children.

Throughout her career Rachel has been at the forefront of developments within the area of family law and has developed a particular specialism in advising clients on the more modern legal aspects of relationships, such as freedom to marry declarations, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
