Rebecca Gunningham

Rebecca is a Solicitor within the family team at Brachers LLP and has experience in a broad range of family matters having practiced in this area since qualifying in 2015.

Rebecca trained with a local Maidstone firm qualifying as a solicitor in June 2015, specialising in family law. She then moved to a central London legal 500 firm and assisted on a number of high profile cases gaining a broad experience in financial disputes with an international element and involving complex issues.

Rebecca specialises in:

• Divorce and financial proceedings including high net worth financial claims and cases which have included offshore property, businesses and trusts.
• Private children matters including international elements and relocation within and out of the jurisdiction.
• Drafting and advising on pre and post-nuptial agreements.
• Advising on cohabitation disputes
• Domestic abuse cases and obtaining injunctive relief.
