I specialise in helping families solve problems encountered following the breakdown of a relationship, assisting my clients  in navigating the intricacies of the legal system at a very difficult time.  This includes advising clients in regards the issue of divorce proceedings, matrimonial finances and making arrangements for children following separation.   I advocate resolving matters in a constructive, compassionate and conciliatory way to ensure cost effective solutions for my clients.

I have experience in dealing with high net worth divorce proceedings and have a good working relationship with other professionals such as pension actuaries and property valuers, to ensure that my clients achieve the best possible outcome in respect of their financial position following separation.

I regularly act in complex Children Law matters often acting on behalf of parents who seek to have a full and meaningful relationship with their child/ren.  I also have experience in dealing with international relocation cases and parental issues encountered following IVF treatment.
