I began my career at a boutique firm in 2011, and in 2012 I enrolled with Cilex to become a Chartered Legal Executive. By 2015 I had completed all of my level 3 exams, achieving distinctions in all three of these modules. Alongside my studies, I continued to develop my skills and experience in all areas of family law, working closely with the other directors. In July 2019 I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive, having completed my level 6 exams in 2018.  I am now an Associate at Stowe Family Law.

Throughout this time, I have worked in all areas of family law, gaining experience and knowledge. I maintain a client focused and proportionate approach to cases and look at my client’s overall objective.

I have assisted clients through all areas of dispute regarding child arrangements, such as with whom a child should live and spend time with. I have dealt with cases with a high level of conflict and serious allegations of domestic violence. My experience also covers cases concerning disputes regarding removal of children outside of the jurisdiction and risk of abduction.

With regards to matrimonial finances, I have assisted clients through the process of exchange of financial disclosure and settlement discussions. As all time I focus on the bigger picture, assisting clients with reaching the best resolution at the earliest opportunity. As a member of Resolution, I encourage clients to consider alternative dispute resolution methods, including arbitration and voluntary exchange in order to reach a resolution without the need for Court intervention where possible and appropriate. I have, however, also represented clients through financial proceedings, all the way to a final hearing.  I am Resolution Accredited.
