Rebekah Gershuny

I am a Family Solicitor, Accredited Family Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer.  I am qualified to undertake Child Inclusive Mediation and Hybrid Mediation.

I have more than 20 years as a family law specialist. My focus is to help couples reach solutions to their disputes without going to court.

As a Child-Inclusive Mediator I can meet with children to enable their voices to be brought into the process.  This helps parents to make important decisions about the best arrangements for their children.

Hybrid Mediation enables solicitors to be involved in supporting their clients throughout the mediation.  This is particularly helpful in complex or contentious matters, or for couples who might benefit from mediating in separate rooms.

I am the founder of Evolve Family Mediation, and consultant at Freemans Solicitors.  Our offices are located in London and Watford.

During the pandemic I am offering meetings via video conference.
