I am a highly experienced Mortgage Consultant and Director of PMS Mortgages, with 18 years’ experience providing mortgage advice to individuals, families and property investors.

I specialise in helping clients who are going through divorce or separation understand their mortgage options and future borrowing capacity. This can include assessing mortgage affordability, preparing mortgage capacity information, arranging a new mortgage following separation, remortgaging an existing property, or helping a client explore whether they may be able to buy out their former partner and remain in the family home.

Divorce and separation can create complex financial circumstances, so I take the time to understand each client’s individual position and explain their mortgage options clearly and realistically. Where a straightforward solution is not available, I will explore alternative lenders and lending strategies to help identify the most suitable route forward.

I also work alongside family solicitors, mediators and other professionals where mortgage capacity information is required as part of financial discussions or divorce proceedings.

In addition to divorce and separation mortgage advice, PMS Mortgages provides advice on residential mortgages, remortgages, buy-to-let and investment property finance, including more complex mortgage cases.
