Rory Collett

Rory is an associate at Family Law in Partnership. Rory’s practice involves advising clients on a broad range of family matters including:

• financial issues arising from divorce or the separation of cohabiting couples;
• financial claims by parents in relation to their children; and
• parenting issues particularly those involving child contact arrangements.

Rory joined Family Law in Partnership in August 2021 having qualified at a City law firm as a commercial litigator where he supported on complex business disputes on behalf of private, family-owned, and publicly traded companies. The majority of these matters were cross-jurisdictional in nature. This grounding in contentious disputes, combined with Rory’s experience of corporate structures and business arrangements across numerous sectors, enables Rory to provide a breadth of experience to his family law clients.

A graduate of Exeter University, Rory has a BA in Ancient History, International Relations with Theology. He is a member of Resolution.
