Rosalind is an experienced family solicitor, specialising in financial matters for divorcing and separating couples including cases with significant business and third party interests. She has a clear strategic oversight from the outset and will advise on the most cost effective route to a conclusion. She is also known as an empathetic solicitor who gives pragmatic and realistic advice.
Rosalind is a fierce advocate of using alternative dispute resolution to obtain excellent results for her clients. She is a trained mediator and experienced in round table negotiations.
Rosalind also has considerable experience in difficult children cases between separated parents, including same sex couples and alternate family structures and issues arising from surrogacy and fertility arrangements.
Rosalind is also experienced in international children cases and jurisdictional disputes. She has acted in several reported cases in this field, both in the High Court and in appeals.
Rosalind joined Rayden Solicitors in 2020, from a London firm where she was acting Head of Department, and leads Rayden’s Bishop’s Stortford office. She qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has worked in family law since 2002.
