Rose Colley

Rose joined Viberts in 2000 and heads the family law team. She has established an enviable reputation for success for her clients and is widely regarded as one of the  pre-eminent lawyers on family matters in Jersey. Under her leadership, Viberts is recognised as having the premier family law practice in Jersey.

Rose has been involved in many of the most significant family law decisions made in the Royal Court of Jersey since 2000. She is noted for both her high level of emotional intelligence which facilitates excellent client relationships and for her strong advocacy skills.

Rose deals in complex financial matters as well as cases involving children, having acted on behalf of guardians as well as the Minister for Health & Social Services. The Viberts’ family law team also has very strong links with a leading set of Chambers in London.
