Ruth Oyelakin

Ruth is a Solicitor at Anthony Gold. She practices in all areas of Family Law including Divorce, Children Act Proceedings, Financial Remedy Proceedings and Cohabitation work. Her experience also extends to Injunctive proceedings where there have been incidents of abuse within the home, matters relating to the end of a relationship, and the financial implications of the same. She also engages with clients in non-litigated matters and regularly advises clients conducting proceedings as litigants in person. Most recently she has engaged in Abduction cases brought before the High Court.

Ruth is a volunteer with the National Centre for Domestic Violence, providing pro bono advice and preparing applications for emergency protection orders.
