Sally Robinson

I am a solicitor specialising in family law since 2003, providing strategic advice to my clients at the start of their relationship to protect their wealth or position, to advising on all matters in the event of a relationship breakdown. I act for many clients who are divorcing or separating, enabling them to reach a positive outcome. My clients are often business owners, professionals, medical consultants and directors, or their spouse; where there is pre-marital wealth, business interests, complex pension arrangements, inheritance issues or third party interests.

I also represent clients in complex cases concerning children, including where there are allegations of abuse and parental alienation. I specialise in disputes arising out of surrogacy arrangements and donor conceived children. I have recently acted in the notable reported cases of Re C (A Child: Parental Order & Child Arrangements Order) [2020] EWHC 2141 (Fam) and Re C (A Child: Parental Order and Child Arrangements Order) [2020] EWHC 2474 (Fam).
