Sarah Overy

Sarah Overy is a member of the family team at Birketts, dealing with both financial and child related issues.  Sarah is also a qualified mediator.

Birketts promote out of court pathways in resolving family disputes.  We recognise for some families, Court is the only option.  However, many clients prefer to resolve matters constructively and amicably outside the Court process.  This can result in time and cost savings.
