I am a Family Law Supervisor, with over 20 years experience in practice as a family law solicitor.

Professional and personal experience has taught me how crucial it is to support supporters. You can give your best support to others if you have proactive and sustained support yourself. Supervision provides this with a safe, supportive and confidential space in which to reflect on and work through any aspect of life that may be impacting on your work. This could be anything from pressure or volume of work, vicarious trauma from difficult cases and clients, workplace politics, concerns about career progression to issues at home. It is also a place to celebrate successes on the way.

I am based in Tunbridge Wells and travel in Kent, Surrey and Sussex and to London for supervision in person. Wherever you are, we can meet for supervision online or over the telephone.
