Stephanie is an Associate in the Family Team at Ashfords LLP specialising in a varied workload across a wide spectrum of family law.

Stephanie advises clients on cases both in and outside Court, dealing with a broad range of matters including:

• Divorce and matrimonial finances
• Relationship breakdown
• Disputes regarding child arrangements
• Complex Children Act Proceedings
• Protective injunction applications for applicants and respondents

Stephanie has a wealth of experience in assisting and advising clients, including vulnerable individuals, with complex Finding of Fact hearings, applications for child arrangements orders, specific issue orders, prohibited steps orders, injunctive orders for protection, as well as relocation cases. Stephanie also undertakes advocacy within Children Act proceedings.

Stephanie’s resolution focused approach assists client’s in reaching the best possible outcome.
