Suzanne Millichap

I have been in practice as a solicitor for 20 years. I have also owned and managed my own law practice. I treat clients with dignity and respect and also give them a detailed objective advice at the outset of their case. This gives the best chance of a swift and amicable outcome. I pride myself in being a dispute resolution specialist and strive to help my clients avoid the stress and cost of court proceedings wherever possible. I am also a qualified mediator and am an empathic listener, so you will feel ‘seen’ as a client.

I am also IT proficient. I have always worked in a paperless office. Therefore, I am a touch typist, and am proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel, and use of various case management systems.

I’m very interested to work in the mental health area of law as it interfaces with medical practice, something I have always been interested in. I have a law degree and also a science degree.

I am also confident as a manager and a leader of a team. I enjoy mentoring other members of staff. I am empathetic and friendly, but also professional and objective and can be firm when the situation calls for it.

I believe in the well-being of all members of staff, and treating staff fairly and with respect whilst remaining professional.
