I am a family law partner and mediator at Hodge Jones & Allen in central London. I am able to provide services remotely including meetings via Zoom and other video conferencing facilities, as well as in person meetings at our office.

I aim to resolve all matters as expediently and cost effectively as possible and with the minimum of stress.

My approach includes:

• A fixed fee initial meeting where appropriate;
• Advising you on non-court based options, such as mediation;
• Offering mediation as a service; and
• Only issuing court applications where it is necessary and proportionate.

My practice includes pre-marital agreements, private children law matters, financial issues on relationship breakdown and divorce. I am particularly interested in relocation cases, where one parent wishes to move abroad or within England & Wales with their child.

I am listed in the Legal 500 2023 for my legal practice and listed an “excellent negotiator”. I advise a range of clients including those with high net wealth and those with assets or income located abroad.
