Vince Peart is an Independent Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with more than thirteen years as a qualified social worker, including service as a Children’s Guardian.
He completes ParentAssess and parenting assessments, connected carer and special guardianship assessments, CASP-R, Together or Apart and addendum reports for local authorities, parents’ solicitors and Children’s Guardians, and has been instructed and cross-examined as an expert in the Family Court more than 100 times.
Where a family’s case is also in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, he writes best interests, carer dependency and family impact reports that engage with the family court papers. Instructions accepted nationally, privately funded and under Legal Aid.
