Yaanick Nelson

Yaanick specialises in all stages of Divorce, Matrimonial Finances, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Post-Nuptial Agreements and Separation Agreements.

Yaanick graduated with a 2:1 Law Degree and completed the Legal Practice course, alongside attaining an MSc Masters Degree in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law, Guildford.

Yaanick has guided multiple clients towards reaching agreements outside of court, including matters in which the opposing party seemed unresponsive or unwilling to engage. Yaanick places a lot of importance on keeping his clients updated as their matters progress, as well as explaining the law in a clear and concise format, so that clients understand their rights.
