I am a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Children Private Law Proceedings and Domestic Abuse matters, including working with clients to obtain emergency orders, longer term orders, including working on complex matters where often the two sets of specialisms are both a factor in the case.  I am passionate about helping people find a resolution with a clear but non-aggressive approach, looking to find a way forward that is workable in a practical sense, both for the parents but most importantly for the children.

I represent parents and other family members in all matters regarding children and domestic abuse issues, from Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders.  I regularly receive referrals from a number of professional bodies in the area, including domestic abuse support services.
