MoJ response to COVID-19

The MOJ held a teleconference for the whole of the civil and family sector on the afternoon of Friday 20 March 2020. Resolution and the other practitioner representative bodies had submitted detailed requests for actions to be taken by both HMCTS and the LAA.

The MOJ, LAA and HMCTS gave the representative bodies an overview of their current plans and priorities in responding to the unprecedented challenges facing the justice system. They were unfortunately unable to give us specific information about the practical changes they will be able to implement; but they are intending to provide more information next week.
