Channel 4 Dispatches’ survey on domestic abuse and the family justice system

Back to news
Channel 4 Dispatches is making a programme exploring how the family justice system approaches allegations of domestic abuse in relation to child arrangements disputes, and is keen to understand the experiences and expert opinions of family law professionals working in the family courts.
To this end, it has created a survey of legal professionals which is being run and analysed by Dr Catherine Aiken of the University of Cambridge: Dispatches reporter Louise Tickle, who has extensively covered the family justice system, and production company Candour TV would be very grateful  for responses from as many family lawyers as possible across England and Wales.
The survey is available online, takes no more than 15 minutes to complete, and the closing date for responses is 5 April 2021. Please feel free to distribute the link to your networks.
Complete the survey.
